Duration, hospitalization, after rhinoplasty
The duration of the procedure can vary between 3 and 5 hours, to ensure the best possible results based on your specific needs. It is important to take the time necessary to obtain optimal aesthetic and functional results.
Hospitalization is generally not necessary for rhinoplasty. However, it is recommended to have someone accompany you after the operation and to provide adequate rest at domicile.
After the procedure, it is normal to notice some swelling (edema) which will gradually disappear after 15 to 20 days. Bruising may also appear, but it will usually fade after about ten days.
