Support and methodology

The first session is essential in order to establish a solid foundation for the program. The first step is an overall health check to get an idea of the client's general health and well-being. It is followed by a detailed analysis of eating habits to identify areas for improvement. The first measurements are made using an impedance meter balance in order to obtain a precise starting point. Thanks to the data collected, an individualized nutritional program can be established. Everything is transmitted in writing after the consultation, accompanied by various documents (explanations, recipes, etc.). This first session is essential to ensure that the program is tailored specifically to the client's needs.

A follow-up session is then established, usually every 2 or 3 weeks at first. This calendar makes it possible to answer questions, to follow the evolution of the objectives and to adapt the advice according to the objectives. The nutritional program is constantly updated. Follow-up sessions help ensure patients are on track to achieve their goals and give them the opportunity to get additional support and information. Ultimately, these sessions help improve patient outcomes by providing a comprehensive approach to treatment.
