If you are looking for a safe and lasting solution for moderate breast augmentation, you have come to the right place. Breast lipofilling is an innovative technique that can help you achieve the results you want, without resorting to implants.

Not only is breast lipofilling effective, but it also has the advantage of improving the skin tone of your breasts, creating a lifting effect. If you're looking for a natural way to achieve fuller, younger-looking breasts, look no further than breast lipofilling.

Procedure of the intervention

Fat injected into the breast is fat taken from another part of the patient's body. This is the double effect of lipofilling: increasing the size of the breasts and refining the silhouette, by removing the fat from the own fatty deposits of the patient who wishes to perform a breast lipostructure.

To remove fat from the abdomen, knees or thighs, the practitioner will use liposuction, or liposuction. Most often, this liposuction is performed on the saddlebags or belly.

He makes fine incisions in the natural folds of the skin, before inserting small cannulas with rounded, non-sharp ends, directly into the area where there is excess fat to be reinjected into the breast. This fat will be sucked up by these cannulas connected to a suction device. The fat cells are then purified before being injected into the breast using an intradermal needle or syringe.

The fat is then centrifuged and distributed evenly throughout the breasts. The surgeon closes the incisions and the fat at the end of the procedure. There is a limitation of the injection of 200 to 250 cubic centimeters of fat per breast in order to optimize the chances of success of the transplant.

At the end of the operation, the surgeon closes the incisions with absorbable suture and places a bandage and a compression bra.

Results: Before /After

Duration, hospitalization, afterbreast lipofilling

Breast lipofilling is performed on an outpatient basis, under general anesthesia. The patient will not spend the night at the clinic. It takes between 3 and 6 months to see the final result of breast lipofilling.

This result is stable and durable. However, it is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle and a stable weight. This intervention is enjoying growing success. Patients who have undergone breast lipofilling are very satisfied with the results obtained.

In addition, lipofilling has the side effect of allowing a refinement of the silhouette by liposuction. Lipofilling can also be used as a reconstruction technique after a partial or total mastectomy due to breast cancer. In this case, it is possible to use the patient's own fat to reconstruct the breast mound.

The advantages of this technique are multiple: use of the patient's own tissues, absence of risk of rejection, possibility of recycling excess fat taken during liposuction, natural and lasting result.

Breast lipofilling is therefore an effective and increasingly popular treatment, both for aesthetic and reconstructive purposes.
